Program registration, verification, and administration
Issuance of certificates, badges, and records
Communication regarding events, updates, and relevant offerings
Participation in related certification programs, trainings, and professional development activities
Research, data analytics, and future AI-driven improvements to services
Compliance with lawful obligations

The participant’s personal data may be shared with:

Authorized personnel of NIAT Philippines
Affiliated or related certification programs operated by the organization
Partner institutions necessary for program delivery

4. Data Retention
Personal data may be retained for up to ten (10) years or as required for certification verification, alumni services, research analytics, and legal compliance.

The participant may exercise their rights under applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, withdraw consent, request deletion of their data, and raise privacy-related concerns with the appropriate data protection authority.

6. Security Measures
Appropriate organizational and technical safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
